How can I help?

Every engagement starts the same way, as a conversation.

These are the shapes it takes.

Brainstorming Partner

Blue sky, half-built, or stuck on the one part that won’t budge.

Anything is possible. We start there. An hour with someone who has built things in six industries and doesn’t need it explained twice. No agenda template, no framework, no homework. You bring the thing. We find out what it wants to be.

Thirty minutes to two hours. One call. $500. If ten minutes in it’s clear I’m not the right person for this, we stop and you don’t pay.

Let’s see what’s possible.

Consulting

You have a business objective. Or a business blocker. You need an unbiased brain.

You don’t need a coach and you don’t need a facilitator. You need someone who can give you reasoned, fact-based insight without a dog in the fight.

I’ve run the company, sat on the agency side, produced the campaign, and built the technology. I have no stake in which answer is right.

Bespoke engagements to meet the need.

Let’s talk about what needs doing.

Coaching

You know what you want. Getting there is the problem.

A thought partner with a bias toward done. Not blue sky, that is the brainstorming call. This is accountability, prioritization, and the leadership development that comes from actually shipping the thing you keep not shipping.

For people running something and for people who are not running anything yet. The frame is the same either way.

I broke a thirty-year writer’s block. Getting unstuck is the work I know best.

Listening and reflection, over enough weeks that something actually changes. Not a curriculum.

Let’s talk about how you get things done.

Facilitation

Your group has to decide, and everyone in the room has a stake.

Sometimes it is one decision that cannot get made, or one direction nobody can agree on. More often it is that every person who could run the meeting is also invested in the outcome.

I am the neutral third party. Closer to a personal trainer for group decision making than a referee: your group gets the decision it came for, and gets better at deciding.

I don’t decide for you. I build the room where you decide for yourselves. Visioning, prioritization, alignment across people who want different things and need the same outcome.

Let’s get your group moving.

Workshops

The work isn’t the hard part. Working together is.

Upskilling your team with tools that make working together easier. The Balance Score, the Functional Matrix, the Circle of Chairs, Conversations for Action, CPRs, and others according to your needs. Tools that bring balance, clarity, and alignment.

We start from what your team is actually running into, then work the frameworks that fit it. You keep the capability after I leave.

Let’s put the tools in your hands.

Design-a-thon

A nonprofit needs a year of marketing and has no budget.

A media event disguised as a volunteer drive. Volunteers stand up a pop-up ad agency and focus everyone’s attention on a single nonprofit. A new project, live in 24 hours.

Four events so far. The last one produced 84 finished pieces in a day.

Let’s put on an event.

Collaboration

You have an opportunity, but not the capacity.

A right hand for a funded idea. Hand it to me and I’ll get it done with you, not for you. Or for you, if that’s what you need.

I’ve sat every seat: agency, client, CEO, producer, engineer. That makes me easy to hand something to.

Michael Hoffman had a use case for his new GatherVoices technology and no capacity to build a prototype for ChildFund International. I did, and did.

Let’s talk about handing it over.

Let’s talk.

Pick a time that works. A 30-minute intro.
